Terms of Service
GENERAL
- Please tell me your character description in detail. (your character references, pose, expression, background etc.)
- Once completed, I will send it JPG file email or weTransfer.PAYMENTS
- I started working on it after the payment was completed.
- The deposit is a non-refundable deposit. It does not make you entitled to a refund if the work has already started.
- The price will increase depending on the complexity of the illustration and the amount of details of the character.REVISIONS
- There are 5 times modification is free. For more, cilent has to pay extra.
- After the line art with base color stage only can made minor modification.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Commissions may take 1-2 weeks from the day I start working on it.
- The delivery time may vary, depending on the complexity of it.
- If you want to accelerate the process of the order, you can request to be given priority (minimum +50% of the base price).
- If the client fails to respond in a timely manner, causing delays in the project timeline, I will not be held responsible for missing the agreed-upon deadline.USE
- Default is personal use only.(Profile pics, banners, posting on social media etc.)
- For commercial use, there will be additional fee of 100% of the base price.（Steams, youtube thumbnails etc.)
- For use in physical merch printing (stickers, keychains, stands etc.) or promotion, there will be additional fee of 200% of the base price.
- Please contact me via twitter or instragram to discuss the scope of the project and what the commission is for.
- DO NOT pass off the art as your own and do not put your watermark on it.
- DO NOT use my art for NFT or AI learning.
- DO NOT sell my art as prints/merch without discussing commercial use.
- If you violate any of the above ToS, you will be blacklisted from my commissions.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- I retain all rights to my art and may use it on my social media (with watermark).
- You may use it for private purposes only such as reposting (with credits) etc. If you are not sure, ask me first.REFUNDS
- Payment of the invoice implies acceptance of the terms of service.
- No refunds if the client are dissatisfied with the result.
